Our goal is to make healthy, authentic Lebanese food easily accessible across Lebanon and beyond.

Products

All MOUNIFULL products are handmade, preservative-free, and locally produced.

Because of the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in taste, color, or texture may occur. These variations are part of the product's authenticity and not considered defects.

Orders and Payments

• Orders are confirmed once payment is completed.
• Prices are displayed in USD or LBP, depending on your selected payment method.
• We accept Cash on Delivery and Online Payment (where available).
• MOUNIFULL reserves the right to update product prices or discontinue products at any time.

Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver across Lebanon within 2 to 5 working days.
• Delivery fees vary depending on location and will appear at checkout.
• You must inspect your package upon delivery. If a product is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours by email or WhatsApp with a photo.

Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the packaging is opened.
• If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will offer a replacement or refund.
• Refunds are issued only in the case of verified product issues.
